1 Mile Run:

Half Marathon:
Totally flat route and you get to see the lighthouse? Count us in! The half marathon immerses runners in Oak Island's coastal allure, featuring the iconic lighthouse and panoramic coastal views. They offer two routes- the East side of the island and the West side of the island.
Full Marathon:
The full marathon offers participants a journey through both the East and West sides of Oak Island. You'll run to the lighthouse and the arboretum while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean! If you're thinking about moving to Oak Island or making it your next vacation home locale, this is a great way to explore the island!
Ultra Marathon:
The ultra marathon challenges runners to push beyond their perceived boundaries, embodying the adventurous and resilient spirit that defines Oak Island's community. You'll get to run the route of the full marathon plus an additional detour at the lighthouse! You also earn extra swag for completing the Ultra Marathon!
Registration Details:
Register for race day here! Ticket costs are $25 for the 1 Mile, $50 for the 5K, $90 for the East Island Half Marathon, $80 for the West Island Half Marathon, $109 for the Full Marathon, and $115 for the Ultra Marathon. The 10K registration is full as of 2/3/24, so there are no further race spots for this distance.
