Charlotte has you covered with splash pads all around the city! When the temps get into the 100's, you're definitely going to want this list of our favorite splash pads. Here's a quick breakdown going from North Charlotte to Uptown to South Charlotte and everywhere in between!
Beatty's Ford Park, North Charlotte
Features: This park includes a picnic shelter, restrooms, disc golf, a walking trail, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits and more.
Features: The 31-acre park is located across the street from Clarks Creek Nature Preserve. It offers a dog park, Playground, 8 pickleball courts, 1 full court basketball sport court, spray ground (open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Labor Day), trails, restrooms and more.
Features: Let the kids splash away and enjoy the other areas such as picnic shelters and the playground.

Features: This charming green space is nestled in the Dilworth neighborhood, offering a view of the Charlotte skyline. The spray park is conveniently located next to the playground and bathrooms.

Features: Nudged between Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood, the spray ground at Veterans Park is large and covered! Kids and adults can join the fun and there is an overhead canopy for shade.

Features: Outdoor pool and water park, where you can kick, jump, swim and splash the days away.
Features: The western node, accessible via Avon Street, offers one large and two small picnic shelters, a spray ground, and an outdoor pool with a slide, lazy river, and other water features. The pool house includes showers, dressing rooms, restrooms, and a concession area. Additionally, the park is surrounded by paved walking trails that connect to the adjacent greenway.
