Novant Health Thanksgiving Eve Parade

The 78th Annual Novant Health Thanksgiving Parade is just around the corner, and we need YOUR help to make this holiday extravaganza a success! With around 1,000 volunteers needed, this is your chance to be part of a cherished tradition in the Charlotte community.
Why Volunteer?
Experience the thrill of the parade up close as a balloon handler, costume walker, float escort, or push cart handler! Connect with fellow volunteers and engage with the community in a festive atmosphere. All volunteers will receive a long-sleeve branded shirt, a commemorative pin, and other exciting perks! Volunteers must be 16 years or older to serve as balloon carriers or costume walkers. Children aged 8 years or older can volunteer with an accompanying adult.

Ronald McDonald House greater Charlotte
The holiday season is a perfect time to spread joy and give back to your community. One incredible way to do this is by volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House Greater Charlotte, a charity that provides housing and support for families with children undergoing medical treatment.
Dinner Crew Family Friendly Volunteer Opportunities: You can help prepare and serve warm meals to families in need, make them a nourishing breakfast, and bring festive cheer by baking and decorating holiday-themed treats!
In addition to food-related roles, there are plenty of other opportunities to make a difference such as cleaning crew, activity night, house operations, pet therapy, happy wheels, and so much more!
