Ghost Walk of Old Wilmington

Where: Riverfront at Market and Water Streets (8 Market Street), Wilmington NC

Pumpkin Patch at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church
When: October 5th - 31st
Where: 1401 S College Road, Wilmington NC
Join the fun at the 35th Annual Pumpkin Patch! With pumpkins starting at just $1, you can bring your friends and family for a delightful day of choosing your own pumpkin, whether for decoration, painting, or carving. In addition to pumpkins, you’ll find swan and winged gourds. Don’t miss out on story time for children, available by appointment. Horseplay Farms Fall Festival
When: October 25th, 2 PM - 7 PM & October 26th, 10 AM - 4 PM
Where: 1757 Clemmons Rd SE, Bolivia NC
Just north of Oak Island, Horseplay Farms boasts 60 acres of "a piece of quiet", and their two-day fall festival filled with classic autumn activities will be here before you know it! Enjoy hayrides, pony rides, a bouncy house, crafts, and a delicious bakery walk. There will be plenty of food, music, games, and even raffles. Don’t forget to visit the pumpkin patch! Parking is $10 per car, making this a fantastic family-friendly outing.
GooseBumps in the Grove
When: October 26th, 10 AM - 5 PM & October 27th, 10 AM - 4 PM
Where: Poplar Grove Plantation, 10200 US Hwy 17 N, Wilmington NC
This daytime carnival is fun for all ages! Kids can enjoy trick-or-treating, carnival games, and photo ops with Halloween vignettes. Be sure to check out the Poplar Grove witches’ candy chute and balloon creations. Plus, there will be a Halloween gift show and a haunted mansion to explore. Trick-or-treating is for children 11 and under in costume. Proceeds support conservation, education, and preservation efforts. Get your tickets here!
Spooktacular Halloween Bash

Where: Seawitch Cafe & Tiki Bar, 227 Carolina Beach Ave N, Carolina Beach NC
Calling all adults! Join the SPOOKtacular Halloween Bash at the SeaWitch Cafe & Tiki Bar. For just $5 cover, you’ll be treated to live music from The Cut, a thrilling costume contest with cash prizes, and tasty bites and delicious drinks. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Halloween with friends!
