I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his work as a real estate agent. Not once, but twice he took perfect care of me when I was trying to buy a home under very stressful circumstances! And he helped me with a sale that went very well and fast with an offer above the asking price. There is much I appreciate about Chris' style, but my favorite is his calm demeanor, his innate knowledge about when to offer an opinion and when to let the homebuyer (or seller) work it out for themselves so they will be more comfortable with the decision. As an avid builder in Wilmington of going on 2 decades, we know hundreds of agents…..but we only need one hand to count the ones we would seek out to use—buying OR selling—and Blair Fisher tops the list! We met her as a buyer of a beautiful home we built (clearly, she has good taste), and she was a dream to work with—doing everything she said she would do, and closing smoothly and on time. She later had the wherewithal to stay in contact, when she found a home listed that she knew we should see.
