There are a total of 26 public access spots of Lake Norman!  These include parks, boat ramps, marinas, and fishing piers.  Here are a few of the best access points on Lake Norman!

  • Lake Norman State Park - located on the northern shore of Lake Norman, this park offers multiple access points for boating, fishing, and swimming.
  • Blythe Landing Park - located in Cornelius, this park offers multiple access points for boating, fishing, and swimming, as well as picnic areas and a playground.
  • Ramsey Creek Park - located in Cornelius, this park offers a public beach, fishing pier, boat ramps, and picnic areas.
  • McCrary Creek Access at Queens Landing - located in Mooresville, this marina offers boat rentals, boat slips, mini golf, and a public boat ramp.
  • Stumpy Creek Park - located in Mooresville, this park offers a public boat ramp, fishing pier, and picnic areas.
