Get Ready for Taco Fest Carolinas 2023!
Held in the great city of Charlotte, NC, Taco Fest Carolinas is a gathering and celebration of Mexican and Latin American gastronomy! Chef and entrepreneur, Ruben Granados, created this food festival to celebrate immigrants contributing to this great nation and shine a light on the community benefits offered by non-profit organizations. The event has grown over the years to become a massive gathering of Hispanic and Latino entrepreneurs in culture, culinary arts, and entertainment. The festival will take place on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 11:00am - 5:00 pm!
Location, Location, Location!
Taco Fest Carolinas continues to return to the Queen City as it's host because our Latino population has an average growth of 40% per year! In Charlotte, there are Hispanic and Latino artisans providing their crafts and skills to the community at an impressive rate of cultural growth. Attendance of the festival has exceeded expectations and become wildly popular. With over 60 vendors and sponsors, the community shows up in the thousands each year with the number consistently rising! This year, the festival will take place at McAlpine Creek Park located at 8711 Monroe Rd, Charlotte NC 28212.
The Taco Fest Experience
There are many things to enjoy this fun, free, family event! There will be live music on the stage, dancing, a kid's zone with bouncy houses for playing and entertaining the little ones, pets are allowed on a leash, local craft booth shopping, and did we mention....FOOD!!! This festival features tons of local authentic Latin American food vendors from food trucks to restaurants to bakeries. There is something for everyone to enjoy! Meet Bovender Teammate, Regina Gusmao!
One of our very own, Regina Gusmao, will be there with some of our other teammates as we sponsor this wonderful community event!
