As a native Southerner, she loves Charleston because it is all of her favorite Southern things - friendly Southern hospitality, breathtaking nature, warm weather, irresistible food, intriguing history, combined into a rich cultural tapestry.

Twenty years ago, she arrived in Charleston with her family, immediately fell in love with the historic cobblestone streets and brightly colored stucco exteriors of the city, and has never looked back. Since then, she’s built a life rooted in creativity, connection, and community, all of which shape the way she serves her clients today.

Before stepping into real estate, Rachel spent a dozen years at the helm of a luxury design innovation company, where she blended strategy with artistry to help ideas come alive. A Bachelor in Design and Master in Business degree paired with a lifelong love of art and creative expression, allow her to see possibilities where others see floorplans—and helps clients visualize not just a house, but a life. She is able to dovetail the vision of an investment opportunity with the culture and aesthetic that clients dream of.

She loves discovering what is most important to her clients and finding the best places for them to create a thriving, fulfilling life. Whether their passion is outdoor sports, upscale shopping, historic exploration, or experiencing new eateries, Rachel will help clients will find their favorite new niche to call home in the Charleston area.
