As a first-time home-buyer looking to purchase a home halfway across the country from where I lived at the time, I had a lot of questions about both the process and my new city. Christina was always either able to answer them right away or put me in touch with someone who could. I had a two day visit to find a place to live, and she did all of the necessary prep work to make sure we were successful, without compromising on what I wanted. Once I found the place I wanted, she was great about making sure everything happened as necessary, and helped negotiate getting the seller to pay for some extra work that needed to be done before the closing. She works with a great team, and does a good job coordinating all of the different moving parts of a home purchase. Overall Christina was honest, helpful, and fun to work with. I highly recommend her!

Christina Wilson with the Dave Friedman team is all about customer service and professionalism. She helped my family purchase a home and she took the time to learn exactly what we wanted. We live in Virginia and were not able to get to Charleston on the spur of the moment. Christina helped us buy our house in June 2018. This was our first house and she helped us navigate through some difficult inspection finds (roof issue and slanted floor).
