Home Pricing for the Elizabeth area is fitting with it’s close proximity to uptown and lovely restored properties. Most homes were built 1907-1945. Very few garages and some homes only have street parking. There are a few low rise condo buildings but consist mainly of bungalows on average from 1500-3000 sqft.
Pricing would start mainly at $500,000 and quickly go up to $700-$900,000 and higher.
