Welcome to Chantilly

Established in 1913 this neighborhood is perfectly situated between Elizabeth and Plaza- easy access to the amenities both these communities offer. Homes are in a different school district and are a kind of scaled back version of Elizabeth- still containing all the charm this area offers. It ‘s strictly residential, but an easy walk to Plaza’s grocery stores and pubs and Elizabeth’s restaurants and parks. A train runs through both communities…residents love it and defend any concern about noise or traffic stops.

Tree lined streets, lots of sidewalks and a dog park make this a favorite place for joggers, bicyclists, dog walkers and strollers.
