About Peyton Henderson

Based in Columbia, South Carolina, Peyton Henderson brings a personable, relationship-driven approach to every real estate experience. Growing up surrounded by home renovations and multiple moves, Peyton developed a deep appreciation for the process of transforming houses into homes. That early exposure in her childhood inspired her passion for helping others find spaces that reflect who they are and where they want to be. 

 

A former Division 1 soccer player at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and professional athlete in England, Peyton carries the same discipline, time management, and strong work ethic into her real estate career. She's passionate about creating meaningful relationships and takes the time to understand each client's unique priorities and situations, ensuring every experience feels thoughtful, seamless, and personal from start to finish. 

 

Outside of real estate, Peyton loves exploring Columbia's best restaurants, local coffee shops, and vibrant atmosphere. You'll often find her walking her dogs on a sunny day, boating on Lake Murray, and on a cold and rainy day going ice skating. Her genuine warmth, local knowledge, and dedication to her clients makes her a trusted guide for anyone looking to call Colombia and its surrounding areas home.
