About Kris McDonagh

Kris McDonagh is the Chief Operating Officer at Amplified Solutions and a real estate coach. Amplified Solutions helps team leaders across North America to set up and better utilize their Follow Up Boss Accounts and train their teams to help them achieve full adoption from their agents. 

Throughout her professional journey, she has embraced diverse roles including that of a Sales and Marketing Director, a Publisher, and, most recently, the Broker-in-Charge for a firm of more than 200 agents, assisting them to achieve the RealTrends ranking of the #10 team in the nation. Drawing from her extensive tenure in business leadership, she brings a unique perspective to her clients as she empowers them to optimize team training, streamline their internal operations, and level up their leadership approach.
