About Karlie Schumann

Karlie Schumann graduated in 2022 from the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University with degrees in Marketing and Business Analytics, blending a creative passion for strategy with a sharp analytical approach. Originally from Lakeville, Minnesota, she made the move to Fort Mill in 2024 to escape the cold winters and embrace a new adventure in the South.

After college, Karlie worked in residential property management, where she quickly developed a love for real estate and the industry’s fast-paced, ever-changing nature. Her strong foundation in both marketing and business analytics equips her to make a real impact in the real estate world.

When she’s not working, Karlie enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Abe, and goldendoodle, Sully, whether they’re off on new adventures or just relaxing at home. She also loves indulging in a little retail therapy and unwinding with her favorite TV shows—always on the lookout for the next binge-worthy series.
