About Josh Delamater

Josh along with his wife Lauren and their three kids moved to Charleston in 2014.  After too many Illinois winters, they packed up a moving truck and moved South in search of warmer days and a life lived minutes from the beach.  They found that and much more in Charleston, still pinching themselves that this is the place they have called home for so many years.

A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Josh eventually transitioned into the fast paced world of Logistics.  With skills sharpened during those years, Josh brings a rare blend of disciplined follow-up and elite communication to real estate. In a market as unique as Charleston, Josh prides himself on helping clients navigate the area's diverse neighborhoods to find the one that feels like home. His goal is simple: to ensure you feel like his top priority from the first showing to the final signature.

After watching Lauren build a successful real estate career, Josh joined her years later.  Whether helping families relocate or assisting locals in their next move, they prioritize relationships over transactions.

After you close on your new home, he hopes to run into you on the golf course, riding a wave at one of the area beaches, or sharing BBQ or oysters at one of the many top spots you will also come to love or likely do already!
