Grace brings nearly a decade of real estate experience from New York City back to the Carolinas, where she was born and raised. Working in one of the busiest markets in the country helped her develop strong negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to guide clients smoothly through all types of transactions. Now back in the south, she combines her New York experience with a relationship-driven, client-focused approach.
Outside of real estate, Grace enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, spending time at the beach with friends, and hanging out with her Australian Labradoodle, Lulu. Clients appreciate her honest communication, consistent professionalism, and genuine care throughout the process. Her favorite part of the job is building long-term relationships and being there for her clients through different chapters of their lives.
Grace graduated with honors from Wagner College with a degree in Business Marketing, where she was also a member of the swim team. She began her real estate career during her senior year, when she interned with a Manhattan firm and earned her license.
