Originally from Danville, Indiana, she attended Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, before relocating her family to Charlotte in 1997, a move that gave her firsthand insight into the challenges and complexities of relocation. She and her husband raised two sons through the Charlotte and Fort Mill school systems, an experience that deepened her understanding of what families truly need when navigating a move. That experience became her foundation. Today, Debbie is one of the most sought-after relocation specialists in the Charlotte metro and Wilmington, NC areas.

In 2005, Debbie and her family moved to Baxter Village in Fort Mill, SC, where she became a cluster representative and voting member of the Baxter Village Neighborhood Association, a reflection of the same community-first spirit she brings to every client relationship. In 2018, she purchased a home on Oak Island, NC, just south of Wilmington, expanding her expertise into the coastal Carolina market.
