Born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, Christina grew up in the real estate industry, and her family remains active in the Bluffton/Hilton Head Island market. It was inevitable that she'd eventually build a real estate career of her own. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing and Advertising, from the University of Mississippi — Hotty Toddy! From there, she worked in advertising agencies alongside major clients like Coca-Cola North America.
After several years in advertising, Christina made the leap into real estate, starting her career in Atlanta, GA. She built her business on high-touch client service and a sharp command of market knowledge and negotiation. In 2017, she moved to Charleston, bringing her skillset, ambition, and drive to a new market — drawn in by the coastline, the food scene, and the culture Charleston has to offer.
Beyond selling across multiple markets, Christina has worked with some of the region's top real estate teams, focusing on recruiting, operations, strategy, and sales leadership — all while continuing to sell herself. That breadth of experience gives her a rare, full-picture understanding of the industry and every detail that goes into a transaction.
