About Amy Newcomb

Amy is a Charlotte native with over 15 years of residential real estate experience ranging from listing and closing management to mortgage origination. As the director of operations for the Andy Bovender Team, she strives to make every aspect of a real estate transaction as seamless as possible for both the clients and the team. She has great attention to detail to make sure everyone’s needs are met.

Amy lives in Atlanta with her husband Stephen, daughters Mia, Brooke, and Charley, and French bulldog Reggie. When she’s not managing operations for one of the top teams in the Carolinas, you can find her hanging out with neighbors watching the kids playing in the cul-de-sac, or catching a movie with Stephen.
