About Alyssa Allen

Alyssa, originally from Long Island, New York, resided in Westchester County for 9 years with her family before making the move to the Greater Charlotte area in 2024. With over 20+ years of experience in customer service and operations, she credits her skill set largely to her family's hair salon business, emphasizing the importance of strong relationships and streamlined processes.

Having taught elementary school for six years, Alyssa made a seamless transition into the real estate world. In 2019, she joined Compass Greater NY as an Office Manager and later accepted the role of Senior Agent Experience Manager. Her adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to supporting others make her an excellent addition to the Bovender Team.

Outside of her work life, Alyssa finds joy in quality time with her husband and daughters, engaging in home improvement projects, and indulging in some retail therapy. Alyssa finds fulfillment in multitasking and keeping a busy schedule, and of course, let's not forget her adorable golden retriever, who is a cherished part of the family.
