Ben’s passion for Real Estate sparked after his experiences buying and selling his own homes. After his experiences with other Realtors, he decided that he wants to be the Realtor that provides his clients with the best experience possible. Ben believes that communication is one of the most vital components to a successful real estate experience. He feels his job is to be available to answer his client’s questions, concerns, and ensure that their voice is heard.
Ben’s attitude is what makes him stand apart from other Realtors.
“One of the greatest things you can do for others is to try and give them happiness” is one of Ben’s core beliefs.
He is passionate about helping others achieve happiness in their home buying or selling experience and understands that each client requires something different to achieve this. Helping a buyer obtain the right house can be such a life changing experience and Ben is honored to be a part of that.
Fort Mill has always been considered home for Ben. Even having moved around the South, Ben knew he would always come back and settle his family here. When Ben is not working you will find him spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter around the Fort Mill area.
